For over to 70 years R.L. Buford & Associates has been offering quality land surveying services to the greater Kansas City metropolitan area. In 1951 Robert L. Buford moved his company from Wyandotte County, Kansas to Platte County, Missouri. The company has called Platte County home ever since and has been located in the Parkville area for over 30 years. Our company was the Official Platte County Surveyor until 2008 and still retains all records. We have done extensive work in Parkville and outlying areas. We are currently licensed to Survey in the States of Missouri and Kansas and have a small but competent staff that are able to take care of all of your surveying needs. I have been land surveying for 25 years and have been licensed for 15 years. We have 2 field crews with a combined 30 years of experience and three draftmen/office technicians with a combined 55 years of experience. We have recently added a Civil Engineering department to enable us to be more involved with the construction and design needs of our clients. This department specializes in new residential and commercial development projects of any size.
